As an ERP Functional SCM - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs and implementing ERP software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be instrumental in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives by providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft ERP applications. As a Senior Associate,



you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will focus on managing and inspiring others while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and anticipating client needs.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will initially support the D365 implementation and system processes for the SCM / Production Control module in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will act as a liaison between business team members and the technical D365 team, covering post-Go-Live support by eliciting, understanding, and documenting requirements. Your responsibilities will include facilitating system design, testing functionality, documenting issues, and preparing training material.
