Affiliate Manager – Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and media partners globally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and advertisers
- Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, and optimization metrics
- Coordinate with internal operations and media buying teams for campaign scaling
- Negotiate payouts, caps,



and campaign terms with partners
- Analyze ROI, EPC, CTR, CR, and revenue performance
- Ensure high-quality and fraud-free traffic delivery
- Manage daily communication through Skype, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Email
- Generate revenue growth through affiliate partnerships and campaign scaling
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and traffic sources
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPI, CPA, CPS, SOI, DOI, and mobile app campaigns
- Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and traffic sources
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Prior experience in international affiliate marketing or mobile app promotion is preferre
