Sr Embedded Engineering Supervisor

Location: Bangalore, India
Reporting To: Sr Software Engineering Manager
Function: Aerospace Technologies – Control Systems Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Embedded Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of embedded software engineers responsible for the design, development, verification, certification, and delivery of safety-critical aerospace systems. This role combines solid technical leadership with people management, execution excellence, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality embedded software solutions aligned with customer and business objectives.

The successful candidate will manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team, drive technical execution across programs, ensure compliance with aerospace development standards, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Experience in Aircraft Environmental Control Systems (Air supply, Cabin pressure control system, Cabin pressure Control System, Nitrogen generation System,



Vapor Cooling System, etc.,
- Lead the development and delivery of embedded software solutions for aerospace and safety-critical applications.
- Drive software architecture, design reviews, implementation, integration, verification, and certification activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and certification requirements, including DO-178C and related aerospace processes.
- Guide teams in adopting engineering best practices, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Verification & Validation, Program Management, and global engineering teams.
