1. Platform Customization & Development
• Design, build, and deploy current applications, custom modules, and workflow extensions within SMAX Studio.
• Configure complex business rules, validation scripts, cross-record relationships, and automated routing definitions to fulfill business logic.
• Customize and optimize the Service Portal user experience, including catalog structures, complex fulfillment task plans, and user-facing forms.
• Package, test, and promote configuration changes across local Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments using best-practice release management.
2. On-Premises Infrastructure Engineering & Container Lifecycle
• Monitor, scale, and maintain the health of the on-premises Kubernetes (OMT) cluster, pods, nodes, and namespaces.
• Manage physical/virtual compute scaling, storage allocation, persistent volume claims (PVCs), and network configurations across multi-master nodes.
• Troubleshoot complex local infrastructure anomalies, including container networking, internal DNS resolution issues, and OS-level bottlenecks.
• Plan and execute minor patches,



hotfixes, and major containerized suite upgrades directly within the local environment.
3. Enterprise Integrations & Orchestration
• Develop and maintain robust, secure APIs and web service endpoints to connect SMAX with external enterprise systems.
• Configure data ingestion and synchronization pipelines for asset discovery, UCMDB, and user identity management (LDAP/Azure AD).
• Author automated workflows within Operations Orchestration (OO) to eliminate manual tasks and fulfil end-to-end service requests.
• Manage native platform notifications, ensuring reliability across SMTP email relays, SMS gateways, and webhook endpoints.
4. Security, Database, & Network Hardening
• Deploy, renew, and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates across servers and application.
• Maintain the application Identity Management (IdM) layer, overseeing single sign-on (SSO) integrations and role-based access control (RBAC)
