Description
The Relationship Officer will be a key member of our Loans Against Gold team, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and offering tailored loan solutions. This role involves building a strong network, promoting our loan products, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The officer will also collaborate with other teams to enhance our loan processes and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
- Promote and market our Loans Against Gold products to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of customer profiles and loan applications, assessing risk and making informed decisions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to enhance our loan products and strategies.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
- Build a network of referrals and partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the loan process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for loan transactions.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Solid knowledge of loan products, especially Loans Against Gold, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for loan processing.
