We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Finance Team with key activities, including bookkeeping, budgeting, adhering to financial controls, and ensuring tax compliance for multiple entities across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.



You will report directly to the Finance Director based in Gurgaon and gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial Close & Reporting
- Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities within the prescribed deadlines.
- Perform and review account reconciliations and collaborate proactively with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of reconciling items, identify root causes, and recommend process enhancements to minimize recurring open items and strengthen documentation controls.
- Perform and review flux analysis for both Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts, investigate material movements, and provide explanations to management.
