Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sending inquiries to vendors for new site-related scopes
- Placing low-complexity Purchase Orders, including prior discussion on the main commercial terms and preparation of PO draft , follow-up on the execution
- Administrative tasks with respect to the relevant Purchase Orders (operations in ERP system, financial check, collecting documents for Purchase Orders, scanning and distribution, invoice management, etc.)
- Managing vendor data (onboarding new vendors and updating the current ones) in corporate databases and ERP system, checking up and requesting qualification process for the concerned vendors
- Providing input on site procurement activities for periodic reports
