The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analys, who is responsible plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
The Business Analyst will support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial concept through implementation and post-deployment support.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset to drive process improvements and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Own the complete requirement lifecycle from discovery to signâoff.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support change initiatives and solution design.
