About the role

Your main missions:
- Participate in projects/programs as a project architect, at solution level, for the OSS domain (Incident/Problem management, Configuration management, Change management and Automation, Customer reporting, Monitoring & Observability, Knowledge management, Agentic AI, SLA management, Field Service management, Supply chain, Vendor & Carrier management.)
- Translate business & functional requirements to High Level Document (HLD)



and ensure that the solution description (HLD) is aligned with the overall architecture framework and the enterprise target state.
- Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with enterprise-wide architecture strategies.
- Participate when required in Agile Release Trains (ART) Program Increment Planning (PIP) to support building the architecture runways and ensure the technical and architecture alignment of the ARTs.
- Support the B2B Portfolio architect from “I use I need help” value streams to answer business needs in their transformation
- Support or Act as a customer architect to specific needs and comply with strategy & architecture
