Description
As a Deputy Manager in our Design team, you will play a crucial role in driving the visual identity and design strategy for Domino's Pizza India. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating an exceptional customer experience through innovative design solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality design outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to align design strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement design concepts, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines and meet customer expectations.
- Create and maintain design templates, style guides, and brand assets for various marketing collaterals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our design processes.
- Review and provide feedback on design proposals,



ensuring they meet the required standards and brand identity.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular design audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient collaboration.

Qualifications
- A graduate degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar design management role, preferably in the food industry or a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of designers.
