Your role at a glance
The HR Compliance & Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for the management and administration of all India regional human resources compliance related programs and global mobility activities, including, but not limited to HR policies and procedures, immigration/work authorization support, relocation/assignment coordination, external reporting, training, and legislative adherence. The role will ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures by delivering exceptional resources and tools to educate staff, streamline processes, and increase compliance. What we are looking for
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for creating, implementing, administering, maintaining the India HR compliance governance process. This involves building a framework for compliance and being the primary point of contact for India compliance assessments, audits and reporting requests.
- Partner with NTT GDC Leadership and/or NTT Data Inc. HR, Legal and/or outside counsel to design, implement and communicate policies and procedures.
- Evaluating India policies and programs as they pertain to compliance, such as background check, human resources policies, government required compliance trainings and annual handbook reviews.
