Job Description
• SME for end-to-end vendor master data management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, backlog, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage team performance, workload distribution, and quality assurance activities.
