Job Description Summary
The Head of Finance, ESO LMO&I; is a senior finance executive role with enterprise-wide strategic influence, accountable for shaping and driving the long-term financial and value-creation agenda of ESO LMO&I; within Sandoz Technical Operations.

As a core member of the LMO&I; Platform Finance Leadership Team, this role acts as the primary financial steward, strategic thought partner, and trusted advisor to the ESO LMO&I; Leadership Team, the Head of Finance LMO&I; Platform, and senior Technical Operations leadership. The position carries material decision authority across network strategy, manufacturing economics, supplier and make-or-buy decisions, and long-term COGS and EBITDA performance.

The role is responsible for embedding finance as a strategic driver of enterprise value, translating business strategy into actionable financial roadmaps, and ensuring disciplined execution against the 5-year Strategic Plan. This includes ownership of financial governance, productivity and cost leadership, capital and resource allocation,



and the development of a high-performing, globally connected finance leadership team supporting ESO LMO&I;
