Backed by RTP Global and Better Capital, we're scaling rapid and need people who operate at that pace.

What You'll Own
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid Meta & Google campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) — end-to-end
- Daily/weekly performance reporting
- Content scheduling and publishing across social channels
- Creative briefing and coordination with designers for ad creatives
- A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor CPR, CPM, ROAS, and funnel metrics
- Support campaign strategy for product launches, webinars, and lead gen pushes

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads Manager (not just boosting posts)
- Proven track record of managing ₹1L+ monthly ad budgets
- Comfort with analytics — Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sheets
- Ability to write basic ad copy in English and Malayalam
- Strong understanding of lead gen funnels and conversion metrics
- Someone who reads numbers and acts on them independently
