Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our dynamic team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences and seamlessly executing events that exceed expectations. You'll take ownership of every event from conception to completion, ensuring flawless coordination, exceptional service delivery, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Plan, organize, and execute events across all venues, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline development, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive event budgets, conduct P&L; analysis, and track expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to communicate event details, timelines, and expectations clearly and transparently
