The Windows Experiences team is responsible for delivering seamless and integrated AI experiences in Windows for consumers, information workers, frontline workers, gamers, and others. In this role. You’ll partner closely with other teams in Windows, as well as across Office, and Edge.
We’re looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed GEM with a history of delivering great end-to-end experiences and a passion for innovation in human-computer interaction. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Windows client experiences and AI-powered user experiences, with a strong understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflows, Click to Do, Copilot experiences, contextual intelligence, and next-generation AI interactions, and a passion for driving AI quality, reliability, trust,



and continuous innovation across the customer journey.
The successful candidate will also have a proven ability to engage directly with customers, partners, and the broader technical community to understand emerging needs, gather feedback, and influence product strategy and technical decision-making.
