We're looking for a skilled Application Delivery & Deployment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in modern application deployment strategies, automation, and endpoint management for both Windows and Apple devices. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of software delivery, from packaging and deployment to maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring our systems are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently.



This role also requires a strategic focus on automating IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices within our IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset, as well as developing comprehensive reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.

What You Can Expect
- Application & Patch Delivery: You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of software, including packaging, testing, and deploying new applications and critical security patches across our diverse fleet of Windows and Apple devices using Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
- Automation & Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement by creating and refining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows. This will streamline the deployment process, integrate our ITSM and ITAM practices, and improve overall operational efficiency.
