The Role

We are seeking a skilled learning experience designer who excels at bringing learning experiences to life. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in instructional design who enjoys hands-on execution, content development, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in instructional design, excellent writing skills, and a strong track record of designing engaging, evidence-based learning experiences across in-person, live online, and digital modalities. They will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs)



and cross-functional teams to clarify objectives and deliver scalable learning solutions that drive measurable behavior change for a diverse global audience. As a member of the Design Center of Excellence in CCL’s Product Development team, they will also experiment with creative approaches and champion effective design practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Learning Experience Design and Content Development
- Design engaging, human-centered, and accessible in-person and live online learning experiences that facilitate social and experiential learning.
- Storyboard and develop asynchronous digital learning assets, including video scripts, quizzes, microlearning assets, activities, and supporting materials.
- Integrate various modalities (e.g., in-person, live online, asynchronous digital) into cohesive blended learning journeys.
