About the role
We are building an AI Strategy, Innovation
& Adoption team that helps NNE transform how we deliver engineering
projects through AI and digital solutions. As AI Adoption Consultant, you will
be the driving force behind adoption activities on the ground in India.




You will design and deliver training, host
community events, animate our Champions Network and build genuine enthusiasm
for AI self-service in daily work. You will translate central adoption strategy
into concrete, engaging activities that meet colleagues where they are, from
hands on Copilot training to showcases, lunch and learns and champion sessions.
You will also be a key feedback channel
back to the central team, capturing what works, what doesn't, and what use
cases and needs surface locally.

How you might spend your days
As an Adoption Consultant, you’ll be:
- Designing and delivering AI self-service training for colleagues in India, from general onboarding to role specific and engineering context sessions
- Planning and hosting community events that build engagement and visibility for AI adoption
- Running the Champions
