Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire (2COMS Payroll)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with excellent authoring capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design and configure end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. You will work directly with global clients, lead requirement discussions, define solution designs, and drive implementation activities in RapidResponse.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & configure complex Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions using strong authoring skills
- Analyze and solve complex business problems for global clients
- Translate business requirements into functional & technical configurations
- Lead supply chain planning discussions and provide consulting expertise
- Create user stories, project plans & solution design documents




- Provide effort estimates for complex tasks
- Draft client proposals, objectives, and project action plans
- Engage in customer liaison activities to ensure project success
- Build thought leadership viewpoints on supply chain trends
- Present solutions effectively with strong communication skills
- Thrive in cross-cultural, dynamic, and fast-paced environments

Requirements
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Excellent Authoring and configuration skills in RapidResponse
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning processes
- Ability to design end-to-end RR solutions
- Strong analytical, writing & presentation skills
- Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting capacity
- Experience creating SOPs, functional specs, solution designs & proposals
