About The Role
Aspora's Remittances business is scaling across corridors, partners, and payment rails, and we are building the operating system for that scale with an AI-first mindset. We are looking for an Operations Generalist who can work close to live payment operations: monitoring flows, investigating exceptions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,



and improving the workflows that keep customer money moving reliably.

This is not a passive queue-processing role. You will work across payment operations, partner operations, reconciliations, compliance operations, customer-impacting escalations, and data analysis. The right person brings fintech ops experience, comfort with SQL and dashboards, and the curiosity to use AI, automation, and structured data to make repeat work easier and more reliable.

What You'll Own
- Run and monitor defined remittance operations workflows across pay-in, payout, KYC/RFI, refunds, disputes, reconciliations, and partner-dependent exceptions.
- Use dashboards, SQL, and transaction-level data to investigate anomalies, prepare issue notes, identify likely root causes, and escalate with context.
