About Business Unit:

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Reporting to the Data Intelligence team, you will play a key role in supporting the development of scalable data models and pipelines that power reporting and analytics across Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions practice.

The Business Intelligence team is responsible for building and maintaining the data foundations that enable accurate, efficient, and reusable analytics. In this role, you will contribute to transforming complex business requirements into well-structured datasets that support enterprise reporting and decision-making.

You will work within a contemporary data stack, including Databricks and dbt, using SQL to develop and maintain data transformations. You’ll collaborate with multi-functional teams—including Data Engineering, Platform, and Visualization—to deliver high-quality data products for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities




- Translate business questions into clear data and reporting requirements in partnership with stakeholders and team members
- Develop and maintain data transformations using SQL and dbt, following established guidelines
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines used for reporting and analytics
- Ensure datasets are accurate, consistent, and reliable through validation and monitoring
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues by investigating upstream and downstream data sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data development efforts and deliver solutions
- Contribute to team standards for data modeling, testing, version control, and documentation
- Deliver clean, well-structured datasets that support dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
- Expand your understanding of Epsilon’s data ecosystem and digital media analytics use cases
