Department Overview

Duties

Lead multi-category indirect sourcing across Corporate Services, Professional Services, A&M;, IT Services/Hardware/Software, and Capital & Infrastructure,



aligning priorities with business stakeholders across markets.

Deliver value through category strategy, strategic sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management across a diversified portfolio.
- Run end-to-end RFx events; analyze TCO/should-cost; negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers across diverse categories.
- Establish SRM and governance mechanisms; manage QBRs, KPIs and continuous improvement with strategic suppliers.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans; influence and align leaders on sourcing strategies and change management.
- Drive compliance with sourcing policies, ESG goals and supplier diversity initiatives.
- Leverage e-sourcing, spend analytics and contract management tools to improve speed, transparency and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- CIPS/CPSM or similar certifications.
- Experience leading cross-border sourcing and complex transformation programs.
