You will:
- Program Lifecycle Leadership: Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs,



from facilitating quarterly planning, to iterative changes, all the way through to successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and incremental feature deliverables.
- Strategic Alignment & Prioritization: Partner with Executive Leadership across multiple solutions to prioritize across solutions, managing scope/timeline/capacity trade-offs and reinforcing the prioritization framework when faced with new injections or displacements.
- Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve program-level dependencies and technical complexities across teams to ensure seamless delivery while simultaneously mitigating risks and escalating blockers where appropriate.
