Role Overview
The Field Executive – Construction is responsible for the safe, efficient,



and high-quality installation of elevator and escalator units across assigned project sites. This role ensures compliance with all Otis installation standards, safety, customer expectations, and statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
· installation of new elevators and escalators while ensuring full alignment with Otis quality standards and committed project timelines.
· Adhere to Otis installation standards.
· Uphold strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S;) protocols across all installation activities.
· Conduct thorough pre‑installation and post‑installation inspections to validate safety, quality, and compliance benchmarks.
· Coordination with customers and contractors and maintain work schedule timelines of project execution.
· Travel to project sites in the region as needed, to support installation schedules and customer commitments.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation and follow Field Installation Manual (FIM) in line with operational requirement
