Job Description:

Responsible for managing and resolving disputes, representing the company in legal proceedings, both in court and
through arbitration, and providing strategic legal advice to minimize risks and ensure compliance with laws and
regulations.
Responsibilities
 Handling and management of Court litigation and Arbitration Matters (this includes travelling to attend to
these matters).
 Review and charting out of deviations in the tender documents.
 Review, drafting and negotiating the several MoUs, agreements, NDAs, JV agreements etc.
 Negotiating and finalising work orders and agreements with several vendors to support SCM Team .
 Drafting of responses to the legal notices including the issuance of legal notices including contractual letters.
 Preparing MIS and other case update sheets monthly.
 Processing of invoices of lawyers which includes follow-ups with the project team to draw works orders, the
finance team to book the invoices and the COE team to release the payment.
 Other incidental works like legal research of judgments, the printing of pleadings for filing in the Court or
before the Arbitrator.
