About the Opportunity

Join a fast-paced solar EPC delivery team building utility-scale, grid-connected solar PV plants. You will lead field electrical activities—installation oversight, testing, commissioning and client handover—ensuring compliance with design, safety and local grid code requirements.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead in office electrical installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning for BOS and PV systems (MV/LV systems, switchyards, transformers, inverters).
- Plan, execute and witness FAT/SAT and commissioning tests for transformers, protection relays, switchgear and inverters; author and sign off test reports and punch lists.




- Configure and commission SCADA/RTU telemetry, CT/PT mapping and ensure reliable data flows to central monitoring systems.
- Supervise contractors and vendors, enforce quality control, resolve site electrical interface issues with civil/mechanical teams and client representatives.
- Implement electrical safety, permit-to-work and isolation procedures; ensure compliance with Indian grid codes and site HSE requirements.
- Prepare technical progress reports, as-built documentation, O&M; handover packages and support client acceptance activities.
