We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist & HR Partner to join our team. This unique role combines expertise in full-cycle recruitment with the responsibilities of an HR partner, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients from sourcing to long-term engagement. As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll drive our candidate pipeline, maintain quality standards, and manage swift placements with clients. In the HR Partner role, you’ll provide post-onboarding support, handling payroll, replacements, and ongoing HR needs, while creating company policies and workflows that enhance the experience and productivity of our assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, Screen, and Qualify Candidates: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle,



including sourcing, filtering, interviewing, and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Build and Maintain Candidate Hotlists: Organize and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates ready for immediate client placements.
- Client and Candidate Communication: Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, presenting role requirements and ensuring a smooth match.
- Draft Job Descriptions: Collaborate with clients to create and refine job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Coordinate and Conduct Interviews: Conduct initial candidate interviews, present client expectations, and assess compatibility.
- Offer Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare job offer letters and negotiate terms with candidates as needed.
