Job Description:
Financial Crime Review Manager
This role is responsible for conducting oversight of multiple teams of reviewers, maintaining a training program for the financial crime business support team, as well as conducting quality control reviews of multiple teams of reviewers, ensuring quality and delivering customer delight.



This will include delivering a training curriculum, coordinating the ongoing execution of the training program, performing quality assessments on transaction activity reviews, investigations and customer due diligence reviews on customers that have been alerted for potentially suspicious activity, as well as other financial crime events, providing formal performance feedback, and ensuring that project deliverables are aligned to our agreements

Primary Responsibilities:
- Professional Development: Maintain a solid working knowledge (functional and operational) of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and Sanctions Screening.
- Ensuring Client Delight: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer delight. Staying informed on all aspects of the engagements to ensure high quality work product.
