About the Role

Alation is seeking an ambitious Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in NetSuite administration and strong analytical/technical skills.



Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this role is critical to supporting and scaling the company’s financial systems, especially NetSuite, across a global software organization.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who understands ERP systems, accounting principles, and software industry practices. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that support Alation’s operational and financial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

NetSuite Administration & Optimization

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator.
• Configure NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements across GL, AP, AR, Revenue, Billing, Procurement, Payroll, and Financial Reporting.
• Build, test, and deploy system customizations including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and custom obj
