Description
Lead staff through events; manage and execute event plans

Ensure and enforce compliance with Cummins’ policies, public safety codes

Hold staff accountable for maintaining standards

Lead by example with department standards, quality, policies and procedures

Maintain confidentiality pertaining to business matters

Sustain a working knowledge of all medical benefits policies for employees

Assist HOD with MIS, planning and other administrative tasks.

Ensure a clean work environment is upheld

Maintain the proper records of all contracts

Ensure proper maintenance of all housekeeping related areas

Foster quality and professional relationships with all preferred vendors

Organize and execute meetings

Coach, manage and train staff

Actively participate in process improvement

Coordinate staff, schedule writing and job duties

Maintain open communications with team

Provide reports and metrics on cost and assumptions and upload budget requirements and all services standards

Able to deliver basic information about Cummins products, history and values





Collaborate if needed with cross functional team and Plant Leadership Team

Delegate work to other team members

Manage security services

Ensure optimization in travel desk management

Proficiency in MIS, MS office, MS Co-pilot, Data management is required

Experience in manpower management/team handling is a plus
