About the Role
Arctic Wolf is looking for a Staff Quality Engineer (SDET) to join the SOAR team. SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response)



is a security operations platform that helps organizations streamline incident response, automate repetitive security workflows, and improve analyst efficiency through intelligent orchestration and automation.
As a Staff SDET, you will define and drive the quality engineering strategy for the SOAR platform. You will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, improving test infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality releases across both frontend and backend systems. This role requires deep expertise in UI and API automation, along with the ability to influence engineering practices and mentor teams in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.
