6. Providing Safety Training to at least 30 % of manpower directly & Rest 70% indirectly.
7. Buliding Safety culture among all employees through awareness drive
8. Handling customer escalation effectively
10. Value addition to Business and control costs
11. PPE Quality Check & Model Finalisation
12. Approve provisional safety budget & Maintain Inventory. Ensure recovery as per process.
13. Review Circle HSEF Team to maintain positive HSEF Rank as well as timely KPI Sign-off
Experience
17 to 22 years of relevant experience,
12+ years of Circle HSEF Lead experience + Minimum 7 years experience of Business Head

Graduation in Engineering + Post Graduate in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Qualified
General Requirements
- Proven experience as a HSEF Lead in a Large organization for at least 8 years. Which includes both Industrial Safety as well as Telecommunication Operation Safety.
- Lead at least a team of 30 members for 10 Years
- Proved himself as a succesful business head for atleast 7 years.
- Ability to innovate new ideas quickly, take decision in critical moment, implement management decision effectively
- Good knowledge of overall Telecommunication O&M; activities
