Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives across manufacturing and operational facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, developing and implementing EHS programs, conducting audits and risk assessments, and driving a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.

This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage regulatory compliance, employee safety programs, environmental initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement,



and maintain comprehensive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, workplace assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and conduct EHS training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor EHS performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.
- Manage environmental sustainability initiatives including waste management, pollution prevention, resource conservation, and energy optimization.
