Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Principal / Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can drive architecture, coding, and modernization of an enterprise platform. This is a core team role responsible for building the foundation for India delivery and representing the organization across global stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
- A strong front-end / Web UI engineer building responsive applications in React / Angular / Next.js
- Strong .NET / C# backend experience
- Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on architecture + coding
- Fluent in AI-assisted development experience (Copilot/Cursor) - Not as autocomplete / vibe coder but as a thinking partner to prototype faster and harden artifacts to production
Good-to-Have Skills
- Node.js / TypeScript backend exposure
- AWS cloud exposure
- Snowflake / PostgreSQL awareness
- AI agent / automation experience: Agentic AI tooling across the SDLC - prototype, scaffold, test and refactor
