The Site FEHSS Manager is the single accountable site leader for Facilities, Environment, Health & Safety, and Physical Security. The role protects Sensata's people, property, and planet by ensuring full regulatory compliance, operating a risk-based management system aligned to global Sensata standards, and delivering reliable facility infrastructure that enables uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The FEHSS Manager executes hazard identification and risk control, drives a injury prevention safety culture, maintains critical building systems, leads site physical security programs to protect people, property, and critical business assets, and delivers accurate safety, environmental and energy data for corporate reporting.

General Responsibilities
• Manages the design, planning, construction, renovation of buildings and infrastructure
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs
• Develop and deploy organizational policies relevant to the facilities department




• Manages the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the productive operation of the function
• Develops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements
• Manages the monitoring and inspecting of all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are fully operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are being followed
• Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
