We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI, along with proven experience in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality project execution. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project delivery while driving operational excellence.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
SAP Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress,



identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communication.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional SAP teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and support resources.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal team utilization.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and promote continuous learning.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
