The FDD Leader will be responsible for setting up, growing, and leading the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Transaction Support practice. This entrepreneurial role requires a visionary leader who can:
- Establish and scale advisory service offerings in the region
- Lead FDD engagements end-to-end
- Build and nurture client relationship
- Develop partnerships with institutional investors including PE funds, sovereign funds, HNIs, and family offices

This is a high-impact leadership position with a focus on innovation, growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Due Diligence Leadership
- Lead and oversee FDD engagements from start to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, historic performance, cash flows,



and accounting practices.
- Identify financial and operational risks including profitability drivers, working capital issues, and deal breakers.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (legal, tax, operations) to deliver comprehensive due diligence insights.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on due diligence and transaction matters.
- Understand client objectives, transaction goals, and specific diligence requirements.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations through reports, presentations, and discussions.
- Anticipate client needs and deliver value-added solutions that elevate the client experience.
