Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
We are looking for a motivated Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 1–2 years of experience, including exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service, to support the design, configuration,



and extension of CRM and field operations capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to real-world solutions that improve customer engagement, technician workflows, scheduling, asset management, and service delivery.
You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and solution architects to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 & Field Service Development
- Support the development and customization of solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with guidance from senior team members.

Assist with configuration and customization of:
- Forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps
- Dataverse tables and relationships

Contribute to building system functionality using:
- Basic C# plugins or plugin updates
- Java
