We are recruiting Graduates for our ongoing Accounting projects. (Immediate Joiners are highly preferred). The candidate should have exposure to the F&A; Process. Preferably in General Ledger - US Commercial Real Estate Property Accounting, with experience in Yardi/MRI systems.

Reporting To: Manager/Associate Manager

Job Description:

The candidate will work on finance and accounting (F&A;) projects. They will perform general ledger activities, including daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, variance analysis, bank reconciliation, balance sheet accounts, and fixed asset maintenance, as per US GAAP standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing/Reviewing the work performed by a Senior Analyst or an Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of financial month-end processes, reporting, including Fixed Assets maintenance, Inter-company reconciliation,



Balance Sheet reconciliation, and Variance Analysis, and commenting
- Combining the financial statements of corporate companies and their subsidiaries, ensuring a comprehensive view of the group's financial position
- Recognizing revenue, current expenses, and capital expenditures, and recording the entries as per US GAAP standards
- Defines how assets and liabilities should be classified on the balance sheet, ensuring consistent reporting.

6. Handling team members' accounting queries, clearing their questions, and escalations, both internal and external

7. Collaborating with other departments like Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, to complete correct records and provide accounting support.

8. Supporting the year-end tax audit reports as per the US GAAP standard

9. Performance Reporting and SLA Adherence
