Position Purpose:
Lead all FPA activities for B2B globally, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the business leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support B2B CFO to achieve financial performance targets and proactively manage financial results, including robust business partnering with the different B2B LT members and functions, playing a key role as member of the B2B Extended LT.
- Lead the Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) colleagues and ensure all BPA cycle related activities are performed in high quality and a timely manner; manage and coordinate processes between divisions
- Support Strategy, Sales and new business to drive investment / divestment / portfolio decisions with clear recommendations considering Enterprise Value as key KPI for decision-making
- Lead the consolidation,



presentation and interpretation of the financial results in a meaningful way to ensure effective decision-making. Challenge and investigate results with the objective of identifying gaps, check progress towards budget achievement and recommend gap closing actions assessing risks & opportunities. Ensure high-quality preparation of sales projections for short-term (LO) and long-term (TGT, MYF, LTP), leveraging on a strong collaboration with supply and sales teams
- Support Business Monitoring function to understand market trends, threats and opportunities that may impact B2B performance short and long term
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of the pricing strategy and initiatives, including developing TPC intelligence (capacity and absorption maps) in collaboration with manufacturing sites
- Pro-actively support and partner with other Sandoz commercial BPA Heads, with special focus on shadow sales
