- Understanding business needs and knowing how to create and manage the respective business application
- Conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle
- Identifying, prioritizing and executing tasks in the software development life cycle
- Performing validation of release build with IT vendor against the business requirement
- Collaborating with the internal teams and vendors to fix and improve system
- Attend in-person meetings with business user to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose UAT/production observations
- Actively update, maintain and monitor applications
- Deploy, Install and configure business applications/patches
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving queries
- Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve
- Create/manage documents pertaining to troubleshooting
