7.Understand the cost of parts and able to create and maintain cost sheets and negotiation with suppliers
8.Experience in the Raw material and Bought out parts - Must
9.Experience in preparing MIS reports - Must
10.Supplier capacity planning and analysis
11.Vendor/supplier sourcing and supplier evaluation
12.SAP MM Module experience – Must
13.Coordinate with suppliers / vendors to maintain optimum stock levels , minimize material shortages and supply chain disruptions
14.Knowledge in SAP and Excel
15.Candidate should have Purchase Knowledge. Should know how to remove the Material Plan from SAP, Find out shortages, share the plan with suppliers(In alignment with the Central Procurement team)



and bring the material with the help of stakeholders.
16.Should know to Coordinate with stakeholders like Factory, Quality Team, Commodity and Production team.
17.Should Know to Create PR/PO. Know how does MRP Plan works.
18.Should Oversee Imports Lead Time and Dispatch Lead Time Line
19.Should have Basic Understanding of Costing
20.Languages Known- English, Hindi, Kannada
21.Experience Required- 2 to 5 Years in Procurement and Material Planning
23.Educational Qualifications – Diploma or Engineering –
24.Acting as factory procurement , Plant purchasing buyer , Factory procurement scheduler , Factory material planner , Factory supply chain , operational buying , operational buyer , tactical buying , tactical buyer , supplier manager , vendor manager , supplier account buyer , vendor account buyer , supplier account manager , vendor account manager etc.
