Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced RCM Team Leader to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the RCM team, ensuring that all revenue cycle processes are conducted accurately and efficiently. This role requires solid leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RCM specialists,

- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including billing, coding, accounts receivable, and denial management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues, concerns, or inquiries related to revenue cycle processes.
- Compliance: Ensure that all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA, ICD-10, and payer-specific guidelines.
