Overview

This role is designed for a commercially driven leader to build and scale the growth engine of a leading, high-quality healthcare platform.

The Head – Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and unlocking recent business opportunities.

This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership, focused on accelerating growth through partnerships, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Own and drive revenue growth across key service lines
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities, including new markets, segments, and business models
- Build and scale international patient business and referral networks

Partnerships & Alliances
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, institutions, corporates, and ecosystem players
- Drive institutional business, including B2B and B2G relationships
- Identify high-value collaboration opportunities to expand reach and revenue

Business Development Strategy




- Define and execute the organization’s business development roadmap aligned to growth priorities
- Track market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy
- Build scalable pipelines and conversion frameworks

Commercial Excellence
- Drive conversion, yield optimization, and revenue realization across channels
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability mechanisms
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy and execution
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team
- Influence cross-functional teams to align with commercial priorities

Must Have
- 18–25 years of experience with a strong track record in business development, revenue growth, or P&L; ownership
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, aviation, or other service-led sectors pre
