Java Camunda Lead

Are you a Java Solutions Architect with a solid background in Camunda BPMN and microservices architecture? We’re looking for a Java Camunda Lead for an exciting greenfield project that focuses on process automation and cutting-edge technology solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex features using Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, and SOA/Microservices architecture.
Interface with key stakeholders across the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements elicitation to deployment.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security while providing high-quality code deliverables.
Support the team in laying foundations, creating frameworks, and setting best practices for the entire project.
Train and mentor junior developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and Java microservices.

Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Java application development, with a focus on microservices architecture.




Strong knowledge of Camunda Engine and BPMN processes.
Hands-on expertise in Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in RESTful APIs, CI/CD tools, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).

At least 3 years of Camunda experience.

Core Responsibilities:
Define architecture and create high-level design artifacts.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security requirements are met.
Work hands-on in Java/Microservices development.
Help build and grow the Camunda BPMN capability in the organization.
Mentor and train developers to implement process automation.

Qualifications
Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
