Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Own and manage the product roadmap for AIF services in GIFT City.
- Evaluate market trends,



regulatory developments, and client requirements to identify new product opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to define product positioning, service offerings, pricing models, and competitive differentiation.
- Drive end-to-end launch of current products, features, or workflow enhancements.

AIF Category II & Regulatory Expertise
- Maintain deep working knowledge of IFSCA regulations related to:
- AIF structures
- Fund accounting & valuation norms
- Investor onboarding requirements
- Reporting guidelines (regulatory, investor, and operational)
- Interpret regulatory circulars and market practices to assess product impact.
- Work with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination (Business ↔ Operations ↔ Technology)
- Act as the central liaison between business teams, operations, fund accounting, CRM, legal, and technology.
