Job Description:
Designation - Quality Engineer
Location- Chakan
salary- 35-55k
Overall Responsibilities:
• Ensure the quality of the parts, products produced meet all Design Drawing Specifications, and Customers’ expectations
• Prepare, use and update Quality Plans, Work Instructions for monitoring, Inspecting and Testing of the processed during Production.
• Ensure preventive actions are taken on Non-conformance, Customers Complaints, Product Failures by collecting data, analyzing, finding the Root Cause and take Preventive Actions to Prevent Recurrence.
• Take Active participation in LEAN, 5S, Continual Improvement Activities.
• Implement and Maintain ISO 9001-15 System
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Responsible for making sure that manufacturing processes are performed correctly using Design Drawings, right Tools, Materials, Processes and People.
• Prepare Company's Quality Systems and provide right Calibrated Testing,



Inspection Gauges in consultation with Superiors.
• Take active part in LEAN , 5S Activities, Work on reducing process Cycle Time in department, as well as reduce wastages (Rework, Rejections, Scrap, Customers’ rejections, Handling and Storage damages).
• Make recommendations to Design, (Engineering Change Request - ECR) to modify Drawing specifications and tolerances as necessary to support Production, Process Improvement, Cost reduction.
• Corrective Actions taken & Closure of Deviations taken on Material, Process & Product.
• Provide support to Production, Design to resolved processing issues during Production.
• Develop and submit PPAP documents for recent product lunches to meet customer requirements.
