Job Title: Principal Consultant – FS Digital Transformation | Digital Pre-Sales
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

-
Lead FS Pursuits (RFPs/RFIs): Conceptualize digital solutions, craft win themes, pitches, and transformation approaches.

Assess processes, define digital scope, and create PoVs, roadmaps, business cases, and commercials.

Conduct due diligence workshops, orals, solution walkthroughs, and proposal meetings with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

-
Work with global sales teams to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions.

-
Collaborate with sales, account managers, delivery teams, and internal technology groups.

-
Create domain-specific collaterals for Financial Services and evangelize solutions with client stakeholders.

-
Stay ahead of FS industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen solution positioning.

-
Open to domestic and international travel at short notice.

Required Skills & Expertise

-
Robust domain expertise in Retail/Commercial Banking (Cards, Mortgages, Lending, Deposits, Payments,



Default Management, Transaction Accounts).

-
Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, RPA, AI/ML, and workflow automation in FS.

-
Proven track record in managing end-to-end pursuits, solution design, and pre-sales leadership.

Understanding of US/UK/APAC banking markets and platforms.

Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Visio).

Qualifications & Experience

12+ years in Banking Operations (Cards/Mortgages/Lending etc.), with at least 8 years in Pre-Sales & Solution Design.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or Technology (mandatory).

-
MBA/CA from Tier-1 institutions preferred.

Domain expert or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Banking Operations & Digital Transformation.

Compensation

Package: ₹30 LPA – ₹35 LPA (based on experience and fit).
