Job Summary:

The Senior Staff Software Engineer/ Senior Architect is responsible for shaping the technical vision and enterprise architecture of Provation’s healthcare SaaS solutions. This role partners with engineering leadership and mentors engineering teams, promoting the adoption of contemporary full stack technologies and cloud services within a continuous integration/continuous delivery environment. The role ensures cloud infrastructure solutions are designed and built with quality, security, and scalability in mind, while fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Enterprise Architecture & Technical Vision
- Closely working with the global architecture team, owning the evaluation, development, and ongoing maintenance of product features in alignment with Provation’s strategic objectives, ensuring architectural decisions support business goals.




- Supports to establish and refine architectural principles, frameworks, and strategies that drive the technical direction of Provation’s healthcare SaaS solutions.
- Facilitate architectural consensus across multiple development teams and technology stacks, ensuring cohesive system design and execution.
- Apply advanced programming concepts: asynchronous programming, dependency injection, middleware, hosted services, and pub-sub patterns.
- Architect and develop microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Promote and enforce standards, frameworks, and best practices across the engineering organization.
- Provide technical guidance and support for urgent production issues and high-impact projects.
- Champion code and component reuse throughout the engineering organization in IDC to maximize efficiency and maintainability.
